Hi, I currently own a Tata Hexa. I want to change my car because of the slow or limited availability of parts. I have finalized a 2015 Fortuner manual for Rs 16 lakh, which has 1.36 lakh km on the odometer. But I feel that spending Rs 16 lakh on a 10-year-old vehicle doesn’t make value sense. If I stretch my budget a little, I could go for the base variant of the XUV 7XO, which is readily available with a dealer. Am I thinking right? If I buy the Fortuner and keep it for three to four years, it will be due for FC when I sell it. At that time, the resale value will drop very steeply. Please guide me through this.
I keep fixating on achieving a 5-star safety rating for both adult and child occupants. My family consists of four adults and one child. I currently drive a Tata Altroz MT and want to upgrade to an automatic car. My requirements are as follows: I cannot buy an SUV because an elderly family member finds it difficult to get in and out. I cannot buy another Tata or Mahindra. My budget is a maximum of Rs 20 lakh, which I plan to pay off over three years. I need a 7-seater. I need good ground clearance, but the car must also be easy for elderly people to get in and out of. A 5-star safety rating for both adult and child occupants is non-negotiable. Given these requirements, does a 5-star safety rating actually mean anything in real-world conditions, or is it just a marketing gimmick? Thanks!
I have owned a Polo 1.2 Petrol for over 8 years and am now looking to upgrade. My annual running is 6,000-7,000km, with 60% city driving in Delhi NCR and the rest on highways, including 2-3 mountain trips a year. With a budget of Rs 18 lakh, these are my options: Citroën Aircross X AT Škoda Kushaq 1.0 AT Renault Duster 1.3 DCT Pre-facelift Volkswagen Taigun 1.5 DSG (Rs 2.5 lakh discount) Which would be the best option for my requirements and long-term ownership?
Hello team, I’m looking for a petrol automatic SUV that is safe, smooth, reliable, and suitable for long-term ownership (10 years), with a 60:40 city/highway usage pattern. My budget is Rs 15 lakh. I’m getting the following on-road deals: XUV 3XO AX5: Rs 13.5 lakh Creta EX(O): Rs 17 lakh (may be Rs 16.5 lakh) Both are petrol automatics. Is it worth stretching my budget for the Creta EX(O)? Is it advisable to wait for upcoming launches, or are there any other current alternatives I should consider? I’m not interested in fancy features like a sunroof, etc.
Hi everyone, I am looking for a reliable automatic upgrade for my parents. My budget is strictly capped at Rs. 17 lakh (on-road, Hyderabad). The lower, the better. I will be selling our 2019 Ford Figo Titanium petrol manual. Our use case & priorities: Primary drivers: My parents Usage: We live on the outskirts, so the car will see mixed usage, mostly in mild traffic. Priorities: Low maintenance, low running costs, and a hassle-free, smooth driving experience. Shortlisted options: Honda Amaze ZXi CVT, Honda Elevate V CVT, Maruti Brezza ZXi AT, maybe Mahindra XUV 3XO

The Mahindra Scorpio 7XO AX7L version is a better choice, especially without ADAS. It hits the sweet spot for an upgrade.

Great family car with excellent comfort. I've been driving it since launch and feel I made the right choice. I love the black color and enjoy the attention it gets. Best comfort and performance overall.

I've driven this car around 30,000 km in NCR. The service has been bad, and spare parts are hard to find. Mileage is around 10-11 km/l in the city and 14 km/l on the highway. The comfort is good, but for 18-19 lakh, I suggest looking at other brands.

A good car, it runs smoothly and has good front visibility. Suitable for four people to travel, plus one child can travel additionally. Mileage gives an average of 15 kilometers.

A very very good car , having all modern features. Suitable for all terrain drive and it's interior always have added extra energy to all it's seater. Mileage perspective is more than expectations and it is a good relief for customer. But it's higher model loaded with all , is lack of mat and mud flap, put the the customer in gusty mood as there's no scope of to make it fullfill from out side and ultimately make the new car filthy in rainy season.

The Innova Crysta is really a gem of an MPV car. It is very luxurious and comfortable with one of the most reliable engines. Its overall driveability is superior. However, it has a downside with its taxi looks and it misses an automatic transmission.
