    Hero virtual showroom goes live

Hero has introduced a virtual showroom that is said to give customers an immersive digital buying experience.

    • Customers can directly purchase the two-wheeler via the portal

    • The virtual showroom showcases Hero’s scooters and bikes

    • It provides a 360-degree view of the product

The virtual showroom provides a 360-degree view of the scooters and motorcycles, while also letting customers browse through the features and specifications of each model. You start off at the virtual showroom, which has been designed to appear like the company’s physical showrooms. There are a total of nine two-wheelers in this showroom.

You can click on any of these models and head to the Hero Product Configurator (HPC), which allows customers to get a 360-degree view of the two-wheeler. This page also allows you to see the differences between variants, add accessories and go through the colour options.

After making a selection, you can have a look at the price for the two-wheeler in your city and even proceed with the purchase process through Hero’s eShop platform. Customers can easily navigate to the ‘Request a call back’ to enquire about the vehicle of their choice, while an option of direct purchase is also available.

The virtual showroom can be accessed through Hero MotoCorp’s company website or at https://virtualshowroom.heromotocorp.com/. The AR (augmented reality) feature can be experienced on supported iOS and Android devices without the need to download any app.
