390 Adventure R is the most off-road focused variant in the KTM India adventure bike lineup.

It uses the same suspension units as the 390 Enduro R, with 230mm of travel at both ends.

Like the Enduro, it also has 21/18-in wheels shod with Mitas dual-purpose tyres.

Unlike the standard 390 Adventure, the R variant uses tubed tyres.

It has a tall 870mm seat height and 272mm of ground clearance.

It is only available in a single white/orange colour.

The KTM 390 Adventure R is the range-topping variant in the lineup with long-travel suspension and 230mm of travel at each end. Two of the biggest differences between the standard 390 Adventure and the 390 Adventure R are the suspension and the wheels. The 390 Adventure R comes with the same setup as the 390 Enduro R export-spec model, which means you have 230mm of travel at both ends in comparison to the 200mm/205mm of travel on the regular 390 Adventure. The wheels are also different, with the R using a more off-road biased 21/18-inch combination with tubed Mitas Enduro Trail tyres, whereas the standard model uses 21/17-inch wheels shod with tubeless Apollo Tramplr tyres.
