Ford Classic prices reduced, now starts at Rs 4.99 lakh

As we had reported earlier, Ford has indeed announced a price cut on its Classic sedan, the range now starting at Rs 4.99 lakh and going on to Rs 7.59 lakh for the top-end model (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Ford Classic sedan comes equipped with a 1.6-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel motor and has features like programmable keyless entry, Bluetooth compatibility, ABS, EBD and airbags for the front passenger and driver, among others.

While the carmaker’s golden goose at the moment is the Ford EcoSport, its other models have failed to set the cash registers ringing recently and with this price reduction on the Classic sedan, the manufacturer hopes to grab some buyers from the dominant models in the segment like the Maruti Dzire and the Honda Amaze.
