
Compared to the outgoing model, the new HR-V gets a more mature design with taunter surfacing and more cleaner body lines.

Styling up front is rather plain with a neat body-coloured grille flanked by LED headlamps. Notable design elements include a prominent central air-dam, slim fog lamps and a faux skid plate element.

The HR-V retains the SUV-coupe design though the more angular styling is noticeable. Roof mounted spoiler adds to the coupe-like profile.

LED light bars extend from the taillamps and converge on the Honda logo on the tailgate.

Cabin features a minimalist layout with limited control surfaces on the dash. Multi-layered dash is bisected by a swathe of leather.

Two occupants should be able to sit in comfort. Seat-base for middle passenger is raised.

New air diffusion system allows occupants to channel air via the L-shaped side ducts with a twist of the dial.

Touchscreen packs in the company's Honda Connect connected car technology.
