An engineer by education, Dhruv turned a long-standing fascination with cars into a career in automotive journalism. His curiosity about cars started early, collecting Autocar India magazines as a child and putting together his own scrapbook of his favourite stories and cars. He chose engineering because he wanted to understand how these machines work and how different components come together to create something remarkable. After working in research and consulting, he decided to turn his interest in cars into a career. At Autocar India, he enjoys writing, getting behind the wheel, understanding the industry and decoding the trends shaping the future of cars. Outside work, he follows F1, watches far too many car reviews and drag races, and spends time driving or working on his own car.
