Organisers of ‘Auto Expo - The Motor Show 2018’ have announced commencement of the online entry ticket bookings. Tickets can be booked on BookMyShow.com, their online partner.

Auto Expo 2018 will be held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 9-14, 2018. The organisers, based on last year's footfall, have decided to extend the event's dates to February 14. The event is organised by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), in association with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

The tickets for the expo are priced between Rs 350 and Rs 750. Tickets for business hours on weekdays will be Rs 750; while tickets during public hours are priced at Rs 350. The business and public hours are set as 10 AM to 1 PM and 1 PM to 6 PM, respectively. The weekends will be public days from 10 AM to 7 PM, during which the tickets are priced at Rs 475. The ticket price for the additional day (February 14) will be Rs. 450. For public convenience, the organisers have also introduced the facility of free home delivery on booking of three or more tickets. The ticket deliveries will start from January 8, 2018.

Commenting on the occasion, Sugato Sen, Deputy Director General, SIAM, said “We are pleased to begin the booking of online entry ticket way in advance for the convenience of public, and have also introduced free home delivery of tickets, keeping in mind the convenience for the visitors. In this edition, we have moved away from just the static displays of automobiles to a more dynamic showcase of total mobility solutions.”

Spread across 1,85,000 sq.m, Auto Expo 2018 will showcase several new cars for India, vintage cars, supercars and a lot more. The expo also promised something new to be on display, this time and will have special experience zones for visitors – such as the 70 years of Indian Auto Industry, Innovation & technology, the Auto Gaming Competition, and more.
