In both side crash tests, the VF7 came away with maximum scores.

Like the VF6, the VF7 received 10/13 points in vehicle assessment for COP.

Both of Vinfast's debut models for the Indian market, the VF6 and VF7, have been awarded 5-star ratings in Bharat NCAP crash tests. For adult occupant protection (AOP), the VF6 scored 27.13/32 points and the VF7 racked up 28.54/32, while for child occupant protection (COP), the grades stood at 44.41/49 and 45.25/49 points, respectively.
