The new Mahindra Verito Vibe competes with the likes of the Ford Figo, Chevrolet Sail U-VA and Maruti Swift.

The sharply raked rear windshield gives the Vibe a very sporty look.
Doors open quite wide, making ingress and egress easy.
Top-end variant features all four power windows. Thick door pads can also double up as an armrest.
Interiors remain largely unchanged from its saloon sibling.
Large diameter tail pipe adds to the sporty theme at the rear.
At 330 litres, the boot is quite large but the small access area could make loading larger luggage a hassle.
Special 'champagne alloys' on the top-end Vibe. The 70 profile tyres improve ride.

Vibe gets the same 1.5-litre Renault diesel engine as on the Verito saloon. It produces a modest 64bhp.
