Nissan has unveiled its first all-electric, zero emissions commercial vehicle – the e-NV200. The carmaker announced that the vehicle's production run has already started at its Barcelona plant in Spain, March onwards, and it will go on sale in international markets this year.

The e-NV200 commercial vehicle – basically the electric version of the Evalia MPV on sale in India – can also supply power remotely, giving it wider application as a mobile power source.

The e-NV200 can be fully recharged in eight hours or a separate quick charging system can juice it up to 80 percent capacity in half an hour. Nissan claims a range of around 190km on full charge.
