    Nissan Micra XE diesel launched

    Nissan has launched a new entry-spec diesel XE trim for the recently launched Micra facelift, which is priced at Rs 5.57 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).The car, according to Nissan, comes with an ARAI-rated fuel economy of 23.08kpl.

    The XE trim gets a chrome plated radiator grille, tilt adjustable steering, a driver’s side airbag, power steering and manual air-con controls.

    Speaking on the occasion, Kenichiro Yomura, president of Nissan India Operations and MD and CEO, Nissan Motor India said, “The launch of the new Micra range in July received an overwhelming response from our customers. I am confident that the New Micra diesel variant is a good value proposition and a desirable option for the Indian customers. We are keen to replicate the success of the existing variants with the diesel-powered XE variant of the New Micra.”

    The new XE trim comes in six colours – Olive green, Turquoise blue, Blade silver, Storm white, Onyx black and Brick red. The Nissan Micra comes with a standard warranty of 2 years/50,000km.

    XV (P): Rs 7.14 lakh
