    Ferrari enters India with Shreyans

We were the first to break this news, and it’s now official. Shreyans Group has been appointed as the official importer for Ferrari in India.

The first Ferrari dealership will open its doors in New Delhi in April and a second one is scheduled to open in Mumbai in the second half of 2011. The Shreyans Group will setup an independent Ferrari India office with Ferrari experienced professionals to manage the upcoming dealer network.

"We are proud to announce the partnership with Ferrari. This brand represents for us the epitome of success and we are proud to partner with one of the world's most desired brand. We will establish a highly qualified network of Ferrari dealers across India to cater to the discerning needs of our customer," said Ashish Chordia, Chairman, Shreyans Group.

The range of Ferrari which will be sold in the Indian market includes the 8 cylinders Ferrari California and 458 Italia, and the 12 cylinders 599GTB Fiorano, joined by the latest Ferrari FF.

According to the company sources, Ferrari has allocated 24 cars for India in 2011 out of which 14 cars are already tentatively sold. The dealerships India will be supported by official Ferrari Service centre and this will be a boon to the existing Ferrari owners as well, who, until now, had to make do with unauthorised service support independent garages.
