Yamaha organises bike contest in Mumbai

    The contest aims at pushing the sales of Yamaha’s SZ bikes.

    In an effort to target a wider customer base, Yamaha has organized a ‘Chabi Ghumao Bike Le Jao’ contest in Mumbai, wherein the participants have to pick up one key out of a box with 400 keys to start the SZ bike on display. Najmuddin Pachorawala won a Yamaha SZ bike at the Mumbai contest. The company also organised free test rides and service camps for its customers at the event.

    “We conduct many activities throughout the year to engage our customers and the response received has been commendable. Yet again, we have come up with an initiative called the ‘Chabi Ghumao Bike Le Jao’ contest that is sure to impress our customers, and we certainly hope to see more of our customers get lucky by winning the very stylish SZ bike,” said Roy Kurian, national business head, India Yamaha Motor.

    Yamaha had earlier organised this event in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Surat, Ranchi, Vadodara, Faridabad, Bhubaneswar and Chennai, and it plans to hold more such events across the country.
