India Gate, New Delhi saw the 10th chapter of the iconic Royal Enfield Himalayan Odyssey flagged off today by Mr Shaji Koshy senior vice president sales and marketing, where 100 riders from around the country and world will ride to Khardung La. These riders will travel 2700kms in twenty seven days to the highest motorable road in the world and will return to India’s capital on 8 July 2013. This cavalcade will tackle challenging terrains of Parwanoo, Narkhanda, Keylong, Sarchu via Kalpa and the Kaza region. These two separate groups starting off from Delhi will meet each other at Leh on 30 June 2013. On this very day Royal Enfield have organised its Reunion North in Leh where participants will take part in a slow race, assembly war, figure of eight and carry your bike. The Indian marquee has also organised a celebration ride around the city of Leh where all 100 riders will participate.         

This 10th edition of Royal Enfield’s Himalayan Odyssey also marks a new milestone as 100 riders is the highest turnover the company has seen for this event.
