Indian Motorcycles opens fifth dealership in India

    The dealership is the first in Mumbai; will cater to western Maharashtra, including Pune.

    Polaris India Pvt. Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of Polaris Industries, has announced the opening of a new showroom for Indian Motorcycles in Mumbai. This new showroom is the American bike maker's fifth outlet in India.

    The new showroom, located in Jogeshwari (E) at Hubtown Viva on the Western Express Highway, caters to the region of western Maharashtra, including Pune. On display at the showroom is the entire Indian Motorcycle line-up currently on offer in the country, such as the Indian Roadmaster, Indian Chief Classic, Indian Chief Vintage, Indian Chieftain, Indian Chief Dark Horse and the Indian Scout.

    Speaking at the inauguration, Polaris Industries' senior vice president and chief human resources officer, James P Williams said, “As stewards and caretakers of one of America’s most storied and legendary brand, we are proud to inaugurate our fifth dealership in India. Motorcycling fans from and around Mumbai can proudly join us in celebrating the spirit of the brand that represents the perfect balance of legendary heritage and brilliant state-of-the-art engineering and technology.”

    Besides this new showroom in Mumbai, Indian Motorcycles has showrooms in Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
