Hero launches Xtreme Sports

    Hero MotoCorp has launched an updated version of the Xtreme which comes with a‘Sports’ branding. The new Xtreme Sports has a single front headlight placed within a stylish cowl equipped with LED lights. It also has body coloured mirrors and an underbelly cowl. The bike has a split stepped saddle and silver-shaded grab rails.

    Hero’s Xtreme Sports is powered by a 149.2cc, four-stroke and single-cylinder engine that produces 15.6bhp of power at 8,500rpm and a maximum torque of 1.4kgm is produced at 7,000rpm.

    The motorcycle uses a telescopic front fork setup and a pair of gas-filled shock absorbers at rear. A single 240mm front disc brake is provided along with a 220mm rear disc brake.

    The Hero Xtreme Sports costs Rs 72,725 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and is available in five colours including black, red, silver and orange, along with a dual-tone, black and red paint scheme.
