As motoring journalists, we sometimes get to drive a nice car or two, maybe a sportscar or supercar, and if we're really lucky, get to push them around a track. The thing is, though, that experience is not as out of reach as you might think, as we found out after a visit to Longhorn Racing Academy in the USA.
