Should I buy a Burgman Street EX or a TVS iQube?

At the current prices, the iQube makes more sense if you can easily charge it.

I am looking to buy a new scooter and I was tempted by the Suzuki Burgman EX. But one of my friends recently pointed out that the TVS iQube costs only a few thousands more. When I think about the low running costs of an EV, I am wondering if it will be a good idea to go for the TVS instead. Please help me make a decision

Autocar India says: The Burgman is a larger, more premium-looking scooter than the iQube and in that sense it does feel like a more premium product. However, the iQube can also comfortably fit a taller rider and when it comes to performance, a good electric scooter can be much more enjoyable in traffic thanks to its stronger torque, superb smoothness and calming silence.

From a cost perspective, the iQube will be vastly cheaper, not only to run, but also to service. There is some expectation that the current subsidy may be revised soon, in which case EVs will become more expensive. At the current prices, the iQube makes more sense (if you can easily charge it), but if the prices were to go up significantly, then you might need to do some calculations to see if it is still worth it.
