Cars with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay in India (63)

I am looking to buy my first car and am confused between the Mahindra XUV 3XO RevX M and the new Brezza VXi Turbo. I am particularly confused about the actual operation and long-term maintenance costs of the TGDi and TCMPFi technologies. The Mahindra has a very nice interior but lacks Android Auto and a few other features. The Brezza also misses out on some interior features, but I am not too concerned about the maintenance of the TGDi engine. Considering long-term comfort, maintenance costs, and value for money, which car would be the better choice?

Infotainment on my Compass freezes for a few seconds almost every time I switch from Android Auto back to the native interface.

I’ve driven my 61kWh e-Vitara for about 5,000 km and I'm getting a real-world range of over 400 km (around 6.5 to 8 km/kWh). It’s a comfortable car for both city and highway driving. The suspension is a little stiff, but maneuverability is great. It has a tight turning radius and is just as easy to drive as my old Hyundai i20, never feeling like a bulky SUV. The AC is very good, and the high beam assist with shade function is a genuinely helpful feature which feels like in a luxury car. While I always leave the ADAS on, it does need better calibration when taking curves. There are also a few other areas that could be improved. Voice commands aren't very comfortable to use because the system struggles to recognize normal speech; you have to use specific rigid commands. Additionally, there are no dedicated physical buttons to answer or disconnect phone calls, and it would be much more comfortable if they provided a dedicated switch to adjust regen levels. Finally, wireless Android Auto tends to disconnect if there is interference from outside radio signals (like wireless or cable TV boxes).

I own a kwid rxt, in a few months want to buy a new car, i narrowed down kia clavis petrol automatic and xuv 7xo diesel, clavis felt very refined and powerful but would have to use usb for android auto and heard reviews that engine is troublesome. Not sure how true that is. Xuv 7xo has unmatched power and buid quality is solid. However, the 3rd is not much usable and no boot space with all rows up. I dont want to go for xuv 7xo petrol because of its poor mileage. My usage is 50 km daily with 1 to 2 highway trips in a month. Please suggest which is best?

Hi, my wife is new driver, and she just got her driver license, I booked a 7x0 diesel manual, as u suggested in my earlier request, but we need a car for a First time driver, she is 29 years old, and the cars she liked the most are tata altroz diesel, nexon diesel amt, maruti swift zxi automatic amt, honda amaze cvt i-VTEC, her running is about 20kms per day, and she is aware about dpf risks in diesel vehicles, but she also goes on road trips once in 2 weeks on weekends, so she is also considering diesel, and she is fine with manual or automatic, she needs cruise control, android auto, and her desired fuel efficieny should be above 20km/l and she needs good amount of space and it should be easy to drive
