Tata Curvv price in Purba Bardhaman
In Purba Bardhaman, the base model Smart X Turbo Petrol MT is of 11.46 lakh on-road, while the top model Accomplished X Plus Dark Diesel DCT goes up to 22.05 lakh. The Creative X Plus Diesel MT falls between them at 16.49 lakh.
If you choose to finance the car, a loan of 10,30,000 for the base Smart X Turbo Petrol MT works out to an EMI of 16,572 per month. For the top Accomplished X Plus Dark Diesel DCT, the EMI rises to 31,856 on a loan of 19,80,000.
Why prices change from the base model to the top model:
- The base model Smart X Turbo Petrol MT uses the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol with a 6-speed manual, while the top model Accomplished X Plus Dark Diesel DCT pairs the 1.5-litre diesel with the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
- Choosing the diesel or the direct-injection turbo-petrol adds more to the price than moving up a trim level on the same engine does.
- Two gearboxes are offered across the range, and the dual-clutch automatic costs more than the manual.
- The 12.3-inch touchscreen, JBL audio, ventilated front seats and Level 2 ADAS sit at the upper end, from the Accomplished X trim onwards.
- The panoramic sunroof and 360-degree camera arrive from the Creative X+ trim, so they are partway up the range rather than on the base model.
The amount can vary by state, with registration charges, road tax, and insurance added to the ex-showroom price. As a result, the on-road price of the same variant can differ from one city to another.

Questions you may find useful
Was doing a Delhi-Jaipur run in my Curvv and checked the FASTag balance before leaving. Good thing I did, barely had enough for the tolls and recharged before getting on the highway.
I am planning to buy a car this year around Diwali or at the year end. Firstly, what would be the best time to buy a car with maximum discounts and overall best buying experience? I am looking to buy a big-5 seater car. Since I am soon going to be a dad, so a comfortable and safe car for the family is my priority along with super good fuel efficiency, low maintenance and very good ownership. From usage perspective, I am looking for long travels once a month or two and daily office commute. On average, my monthly running would be 3000-4500 km. I can start from around 8 lakhs and stretch up to 15 lakh (on-road price) but not go beyond that. A low budget car is also not an issue if mileage, safety and good space is there. Around 12 lakhs is the sweet spot. From features point of view as long as the car has also essentials, it's fine. Basically, I want a car in this budget with no-nonsense features. Feel good features that can be barely used can be skipped if it saves my money. I am planning to keep this car for at least next 10 - 12 years. A few cars that are currently in trend and are on my mind include Grand Vitara, Victoris, Duster, Nexon, Curvv and Hyryder. But please let me know which is the best car according to you and which is the variant that I should go for (model, engine, fuel) and the best time to buy that car. Also please suggest from perspective of e20 fuel debate. Thank you so much.
With a monthly running of 3,000-4,500 km, you are well above the threshold where fuel costs become a major factor. Diesel is the most sensible choice here, especially given your mix of daily commuting and long-distance travel. It will deliver significantly better fuel efficiency and lower running costs over the long term, and modern diesel engines are well suited to both city and highway driving. That narrows down the choice to just Tata Nexon and Curvv from your shortlist. However, we'd recommend you consider the Mahindra XUV 3XO diesel instead, for its smoother, more refined and more powerful diesel engine. The XUV 3XO is also a lot more spacious and comfortable than the Tata offerings, although its boot is a bit small. It offers a big car feel in a sub-4-metre footprint. A Kia Syros diesel is an excellent option if you are ok with its quirky styling. Since this a low-seller, you're likely to get a great deal on it too.The best time to buy is typically around December, when manufacturers and dealers are keen to clear inventory and discounts are at their strongest.
I own a Tata Altroz DCA Petrol and have been driving it for almost one year. It has completed 30,000 km. I want to upgrade to a diesel automatic and have shortlisted the Sierra and Curvv. I need your help for choosing the best one and even suggestions about other models.
Given your usage of 30,000 km in a year, a diesel automatic is the right move, and both the Tata Sierra and Tata Curvv are strong options. The Sierra is the better choice if you priorities space, comfort and a more premium cabin experience. It offers a larger, more comfortable rear seat, a more spacious boot and a more relaxed long-distance touring character. There's also a lot of new features and tech with the Sierra, though on the higher trims. The Curvv, appeals with its coupe like styling but the trade-off is that it is not as spacious or as comfortable for rear-seat passengers. Between the two, the Sierra is also likely to hold on to its resale value better and it is the one we would lean towards.
