Hyundai Bayon specifications

The Bayon-based compact SUV is expected to come with the same underpinnings as the global-spec Bayon. It will get a new in-house developed 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine. This engine is also being readied for hybridisation. It will likely be mated to either a DCT or an e-CVT gearbox, depending on the variant. The compact SUV could likely be powered by a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine from the i20 N line and Venue as well, producing 120hp and 170Nm of torque and is paired with either a manual or a DCT gearbox.
