Tata Motors is offering sizeable discounts and benefits on its cars and SUVs for March 2022. The Tiago, Tigor, Nexon and even the Harrier and Safari can be had with cash discounts, exchange bonuses and corporate offers. The benefits are available on both MY2021 and MY2022 models, with the former enjoying greater benefits. There are, however, no offers on the Nexon EV, Tigor EV and the Punch micro-SUV

    • MY2021 Tata Harrier has highest discounts for March
    • CNG variants of Tiago and Tigor do not get any benefits
    • Tata Altroz available only with corporate offers

    Tata Harrier

    Save up to Rs 85,000

The Harrier is powered by a sole 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine that’s mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. Tata’s MG Hector rival is known for its spacious and comfortable cabin, fine ride and handling balance, and robust build quality.

The discounts and benefits on the Harrier extend up to Rs 85,000. The 2021 model year Harriers are available with benefits of up to Rs 60,000 (including Rs 20,000 cash discount), while newer 2022 models only get exchange benefits of up to Rs 40,000. The Harrier is also available with up to Rs 25,000 corporate discounts.

    Tata Safari

    Save up to Rs 60,000

The Safari, the flagship SUV in Tata’s range, is powered by the same 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine as the Harrier, and also gets the same gearbox options. The Safari comes in six- and seven-seater options and rivals the likes of the Mahindra XUV700 and Hyundai Alcazar. The Safari also has one of the more spacious third rows in this segment.

The benefits on the Safari are identical to that of the Harrier, which means buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 60,000 on 2021 models, while the 2022 models can be had with Rs 40,000 benefits. There’s, however, no corporate discount on the Safari.

    Tata Tigor

    Save up to Rs 35,000

The Tata Tigor is known for its spacious and feature equipped cabin and rivals the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Aura and Honda Amaze. It is powered by an 86hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine that can be had with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT gearbox.

Buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 25,000 on 2021 models of the Tigor, while benefits on the 2022 models are up to Rs 20,000. Additionally, there’s also a corporate discount of Rs 10,000.

    Tata Tiago

    Save up to Rs 30,000

The Tiago is the hatchback sibling of the Tigor sedan, with identical engine options and equipment list. A rival to the Hyundai Santro and Maruti Suzuki WagonR, the Tiago is a spacious hatch that’s also received a 4-star safety rating from Global NCAP.

The 2021 model year Tiago is being offered with benefits worth Rs 25,000, while the 2022 models get benefits worth Rs 20,000. There’s also a corporate discount worth Rs 5,000 on the Tiago this month.

    Tata Nexon

    Save up to Rs 25,000

The Tata Nexon is available with a 110hp, 1.5-litre turbo-diesel and a 120hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, both of which get manual and AMT gearbox options. It sits in the heavily crowded sub-compact SUV segment, where it rivals the likes of the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet and more. The Nexon also has a 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP.

Buyers can avail an exchange bonus worth Rs 15,000 on 2021 models of the Nexon, albeit only on the diesel, with 2022 models getting no offers. Furthermore, there’s also a corporate discount worth Rs 5,000 for the Nexon petrol and Rs 10,000 for the Nexon diesel.

    Tata Altroz

    Save up to Rs 10,000

The Altroz is available with three engine options – an 86hp, 1.2-litre petrol, a 90hp, 1.5-litre diesel and a 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol. The Altroz, too, is a 5-star Global NCAP-rated car and rivals the likes of the Hyundai i20, Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Honda Jazz.

The Altroz misses out on cash and exchange benefits this month, but is only available with corporate benefits of up to Rs 10,000 for the turbo-petrol variants and Rs 7,500 for the naturally aspirated variants.
