Here, we take a look at 25 deals you can avail of this month on mass-market hatchbacks, sedans and SUVs. So, if you are in the market for a new car, here are some of the benefits that you can avail of at your nearest car dealerships.

    Up to Rs 75,000 off
    With the all-new model just around the corner, Hyundai’s premium hatchback, currently available in petrol-only guise, can be had with cash discounts of up to Rs 50,000, along with additional discounts in the form of exchange benefits and corporate offers.

    Volkswagen Polo

    Up to Rs 70,000 off
    The Polo is a dated car but its strengths lie in its build quality and strong TSI turbo-petrol engine. Select variants are offered at special discounted prices, with additional benefits in the form of exchange and loyalty bonuses.

    Mahindra KUV100

    Up to Rs 62,000 off
    Mahindra’s entry-level model stands out for its quirky styling and unique six-seat layout –a third occupant can sit up front. The petrol-only car is available with discounts and benefits of up to Rs 62,000.

    Maruti Celerio

    Up to Rs 62,000 off
    The Celerio packs in a decently spacious cabin and a 1.0-litre petrol engine, paired with either a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. A factory CNG option too is offered. It’s available with benefits of up to Rs 62,000.

    Hyundai Grand i10

    Up to Rs 60,000 off
    Limited to just two trim levels, the petrol-only Grand i10 is spacious and easy to drive, though it’s now dated. Buyers can avail of a cash discount of up to Rs 40,000,as well as a Rs 15,000 exchange bonus,on the hatchback.

    Honda Jazz

    Up to Rs 56,000 off
    Aside from upgrading the Jazz to meet BS6 norms, Honda also gave its hatchback a minor facelift. Now a petrol-only model, the Jazz is available with benefits of up to Rs 56,000.

    Maruti S-Presso

    Up to Rs 52,000 off
    Maruti’s Renault Kwid rival may have a boxy polarising look, but it’s spacious,easy to drive and packs in a peppy petrol engine. It can be had with benefits of up to Rs 52,000.

    Renault Kwid

    Up to Rs 49,000 off
    Renault’s SUV-styled budget hatchback is big on practicality and also offers impressive levels of kit. It is available with cash benefits of up to Rs 15,000, in addition to exchange and loyalty benefits ofup to Rs 25,000.

    Datsun Go

    Up to Rs 40,000 off
    Datsun’s mid-size hatchback can be had with benefits of up to Rs 40,000. The Go offers good value for money and is the only model in the segment to get a CVT gearbox and Vehicle Dynamic Control.

    SUVS AND MPVS ON DISCOUNT IN OCTOBER 2020

    Mahindra Alturas G4

    Up to Rs 3.06 lakh off
    Mahindra’s flagship SUV feels premium and packs in substantial kit, though it doesn’t feel as rugged as some of its rivals. Buyers can avail of cash discounts of up to Rs 2.2 lakh on the Alturas. Also offered is a Rs 50,000 exchange bonus.

    Kia Carnival

    Up to Rs 2 lakh off
    The Carnival is big, spacious, well equipped and can be had in multiple seating configurations. Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 2 lakh on the MPV, including a three-year maintenance pack, exchange benefits and select accessories.

    Jeep Compass

    Up to Rs 2 lakh off
    Jeep’s made-in India SUV is well put together, rides well and comes with strong petrol and diesel engines. The more off-road-focused Trailhawk variant can be had with discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh, while the standard Compass gets benefits of up to Rs 1.5 lakh.

    Renault Duster

    Up to Rs 1 lakh off
    Available with either a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol or a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine, the Duster is spacious and robust, though not as well equipped as its rivals. It can be had with benefits of up to Rs 1 lakh.

    Tata Harrier

    Up to Rs 65,000 off
    With the upgrade to BS6, Tata addressed many of the short comings of the Harrierand introduceda more powerful 170hp diesel engine and the option of an automatic gearbox. The lower and mid-spec variants can be had with benefits of up to Rs 65,000, which is inclusive of an exchange bonus. The fully-loaded and Dark Edition variants, meanwhile, are only available with aRs 40,000 exchange bonus.

    Mahindra XUV500

    Up to Rs 57,000 off
    |uyers will like the XUV500 for its strong 155hp 2.2-litre diesel engine and roomy cabin, though the SUV has been around for a while now and the third row is cramped. It can be had with a cash discount of up to Rs 13,000, along with exchange benefits and corporate discountsof up to Rs 44,000.

    Maruti XL6

    Up to Rs 44,200 off
    A more premium alternative to the Ertiga, the XL6 is spacious, practical and comfortable to sit in, particularly with the captain’s seats in the second row, and gets SUV-derived design details. The MPV is available with discounts and benefits of up to Rs 44,200, including exchange benefits of up to Rs 20,000.

    Honda Civic

    Honda’s sporty looking executive sedan is spacious and comfortable and available with a petrol-CVT auto and diesel-manual engine-gearbox option. The Civic can be had with a cash discount of up to Rs 2.5 lakh with Honda owners also offered additional loyalty benefits.

    Up to Rs 2.2 lakh off
    As with the Polo, the Vento too is a dated car but its strengths lies in its build quality and strong TSI turbo-petrol engine. Select variants are being offered at special discounted prices.Buyers can also avail ofadditional benefits of up to Rs 60,000 on the sedan.

    Hyundai Elantra

    Up to Rs 1 lakh off
    The Elantra can be optioned with either a 2.0-litre petrol or a 1.5-litre diesel engine with each paired toeither a 6-speed manual or an automatic gearbox. The Honda Civic rival can be had with benefits of up to Rs 1 lakh.

    Honda Amaze

    Up to Rs 63,000 off
    The second-gen Amaze is a significant improvement over the first model, with a particularly spacious rear. The Amaze petrol is available with benefits of up to Rs 47,000 andthe diesel with up to Rs 37,000.

    Toyota Yaris

    Up to Rs 60,000 off
    The USP for the Yaris is its hassle-free ownership experience, the standard safety kit and the option of a CVT gearbox on all trim levels. The petrol-only mid-size sedan can be had with benefits of up to Rs 60,000.

    Maruti Ciaz

    Up to Rs 59,200 off
    The Ciaz is spacious, frugal and comes backed by Maruti’s wide service network. Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 59,200 on the lower variants while the fully-loaded Alpha trim is offered with discounts of up to Rs 49,200.

    Maruti Dzire pre-facelift

    Up to Rs 57,000 off
    One of India’s bestselling sedans, the Dzire received a facelift just days prior to the start of the lockdown. Subject to availability, the pre-facelift car is offered with discounts of up to Rs 57,000. The facelifted car, on the other hand,can be hadwith up to Rs 42,000 off.

    New Honda City

    Up to Rs 46,000 off
    Buyers will like the new City for its premium cabin, lengthy equipment list, strong engines and compliant ride. The new City is available with benefits of up to Rs 46,000 in the form of exchange and loyalty bonuses.

    Tata Tigor

    Up to Rs 30,000 off
    Now available solely with a petrol engine post facelift, the Tigor is well equipped and offers enough space for four adults to sit in comfort. Buyers can avail of benefits of up to Rs 30,000 on the compact sedan.
