    Mahindra SUVs get discounts up to Rs 3.06 lakh in October 2020

    Mahindra is offering some substantial discounts and benefits on its range of models for the month of October 2020. Aside from the regular range of cash discounts and exchange bonuses, the carmaker is also offering a discount of Rs 3,000 on accessories for all models booked online except for the recently launched second-gen Mahindra Thar. Let’s take a look at the discounts and benefits available.

    Mahindra Alturas G4 discount

    Benefits of up to Rs 3.06 lakh

    Mahindra’s full-size ladder-frame flagship SUV takes on the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour and the recently launched, MG Gloster. Available in either an entry level two-wheel drive or a fully-loaded four-wheel drive variant, the Alturas is the most affordable SUV in its segment. Buyers will like the big Mahindra for its well-appointed cabin and comfy seating, though space in the third row is tight and getting in does require taking a sizeable step up. Buyers can avail cash discounts of up to Rs 2.2 lakh on the SUV with an additional exchange benefit of Rs 50,000 also offered. Corporate buyers can avail additional benefits.

    Mahindra KUV100 NXT discounts

    Benefits up to Rs 62,000

    The Mahindra KUV100 is sure to stand out in a crowd owning to its rather polarising design and unique six-seat configuration. Buyers have a choice of four variants to choose from with a sole 83hp 1.2-litre petrol engine on offer. It can be had with benefits of up to Rs 62,000 including an exchange bonus of up to Rs 20,000 and corporate discounts.

    Mahindra XUV500 discounts

    Benefits of up to Rs 57,000

    Launched originally in 2011, the Mahindra XUV500 in its lifecycle has gone through two facelifts with the most recent in 2018 which brought with it tweaks to the looks and a more powerful diesel engine. Buyers will like the XUV500 for its ability to seat seven, though it’s no longer the only three-row SUV in the segment, and punchy diesel engine. Benefits of up to Rs 57,000 can be availed on the SUV. Also keep in mind that an all-new model is also set to arrive next year.

    Mahindra Scorpio discounts

    Benefits of up to Rs 41,000

    Another SUV approaching the end of its life cycle, the current Mahindra Scorpio can be had with benefits of up to Rs 41,000. The upgrade to BS6 has seen the carmaker streamline the line-up of the Scorpio with the discontinuation of two engine options – 2.5-litre diesel and 2.2 diesel in 120hp tune, no all-wheel drive being offered and just four variants to choose from. An all-new model will arrive next year.

    Mahindra Marazzo discounts

    Benefits of up to Rs 36,000

    The most recent model to be upgraded to meet BS6 norms, the Marazzo too has seen its line-up streamlined with the introduction of a new mid-spec and top variant – M4+ and M6+, while discontinuing the previously-available fully-loaded M8 trim. Buyers will like the MPV for its practicality, good seating comfort and well sorted ride. The MPV is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 36,000 this month.

    Mahindra XUV300 discounts

    Benefits up to Rs 30,000

    The Mahindra XUV300 is well turned out,spacious and comfortable and comes with a pair of likeable petrol and diesel engines. There is plenty by way of equipment too, though some newer rivals pack in more tech. Buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 30,000 on the Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue rival.

    Mahindra Bolero discounts

    Benefits of up to Rs 20,500

    Mahindra made some big changes to the Bolero under the skin with the BS6 model. Not only does the model meet the BS6 emission norms but it was also made crash test compliant. Unlike before, the Bolero is now only available as a sub-4 metre SUV and is powered by a 76hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine. The hardy utility vehicle offers seating for up to seven, though for the price it is quite sparsely equipped. It is available with benefits of up to Rs 20,500.
