    Maruti SCross discount October 2020

Benefits of up to Rs 62,200

A crossover faced with the tough job of competing with mid-sized SUVs, the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross features a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine that can either be had with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic.

Maruti Suzuki is offering discounts of up to Rs 62,200 on all models of the S-Cross, barring the Zeta MT, which it’s offering up to Rs 52,200 off on. Both figures include an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000.

The crossover is in competition with the Renault DusterNissan KicksKia Seltos and Hyundai Creta, all of which it undercuts with its aggressive pricing.

    Maruti Ciaz discount October 2020

Benefits of up to Rs 59,200

The Ciaz is Maruti Suzuki’s mid-size sedan, with a spacious cabin, low ownership costs and fuel-efficient mild-hybrid system being some of its main highlights.

Only available with the brand’s 1.5-litre petrol engine, after Maruti Suzuki pulled the plug on the diesel powerplant earlier this year, the Ciaz can either be had with a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic.

Customers can avail discounts of up to Rs 59,200 on all models of the Ciaz except the Alpha MT, and up to Rs 49,200 on the Alpha MT, which includes an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 on all models.

The Ciaz takes on the Volkswagen Vento, Skoda Rapid, Hyundai Verna, and the new Honda City.

    Maruti Ignis discount October 2020

Benefits of up to Rs 49,200

The Ignis is a funky and uniquely styled offering and gets a peppy 1.2-litre, 83hp engine.

Although previously also available with a diesel engine, the Ignis can now only be had with a petrol engine that’s either mated to a 5-speed manual, or an AMT.

The most affordable car to be sold from Maruti’s premium Nexa retail network gets discounts of up to Rs 59,200 on all models except the Zeta and up to 49,200 on the Zeta, which includes an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 on all models.

The Ignis rivals the likes of the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, Ford Freestyle, and Mahindra KUV100 NXT.

    Maruti XL6 discount October 2020

Benefits of up to Rs 44,200

The XL6 is a premium derivative of the Ertiga MPV. However, the rugged styling of the XL6, with its more SUV-like front-end that’s characterised by a high-set bonnet, bold grille, and large LED headlights positions it as a rather different proposition.

The XL6 is only available with a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic.

Maruti Suzuki’s MPV can be bought this October with discounts of up to Rs 44,200, inclusive of an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000. It competes with the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga it’s based on, and the Mahindra Marazzo.

    Maruti Baleno discount October 2020

Benefits of up to Rs 41,200

Maruti Suzuki’s largest hatchback, the Baleno, is available with a choice of petrol and petrol-electric mild-hybrid powertrains. All engine options are mated to manual transmissions as standard, however, there’s also the option of a CVT automatic.

It can be bought this month with discounts of up to Rs. 41,200, which includes an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000.

Competition in this segment is fierce, with the Maruti Suzuki hatchback going up against the Toyota Glanza, which is a badge-engineered Baleno, the Honda Jazz, Tata Altroz, and Hyundai i20.
