CNG cars with factory-fitted Kits in India

Rising fuel prices, coupled with the government’s push for eco-friendly transport and its clear discouragement of diesel, have significantly boosted demand for CNG vehicles. For context, CNG was the second-most popular fuel type in India’s passenger vehicle market in FY2026.

In response, mass-market carmakers such as MarutiTataHyundai and Toyota have expanded their CNG portfolios, especially in the SUV space. Unlike earlier, when CNG kits were limited to bare-bones base variants, many brands now offer them across multiple trims, making feature-rich options more accessible. Continue reading to find out which are the most affordable SUVs with a factory-fitted CNG kit.
