This car looks very cool and has good dynamics. However, the performance might not satisfy those looking for the BMW brand and luxury features; they might want to consider the sportier 2 series.

I didn't buy this car, but I drove my friend's. I can't express how much I love this color. The features and design are impressive, and the seats are very comfortable. Driving is smooth, and servicing is good too. I recommend people to buy this car, especially since there are many color variants available. I dream of gifting this car to my mother one day.

What a car! BMW never disappoints. It's a masterpiece within a budget of 50 lakhs. The performance is better than many other cars, and while luxury isn't quite at Mercedes level, it's definitely worth buying.

The magic of a true BMW M car isn't just about speed. You turn the wheel, and it darts into the corner instantly. You can feel the road through your fingertips. For a heavy car, it moves with the agility of a lightweight boxer. It encourages you to go faster, whispering, 'Trust me.'

The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is a premium sedan with a striking design, featuring a sleek Hofmeister kink and frameless doors. The build quality is solid, and the interior is modern with a minimalist dashboard and sporty front seats. It has many features like a panoramic sunroof and a 12-speaker Harman Kardon system. The handling is sharp, but the low-speed ride can feel stiff. It's a stylish car with good tech and performance.

This car is one of the best for performance and family-friendly use in its price range. The engine is reliable, though a 4-cylinder would have been better than a 3-cylinder. It's as comfortable as the 3 series, and seeing it in person is much more impressive than in photos.

It's a great car for its price, but it could use a bit more tuning for the best experience. I really like the features, and it's a solid option in this segment. The looks from the front are really appealing.

This car is amazing for its budget and performance. The projector headlights are awesome. While the mileage and top speed aren't comparable, the seats could be better for me. The power is good, and I'm really happy with this BMW car; it's perfect for my budget.

The BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe feels like a car made for everyday use rather than just performance. It looks classy and sporty with its coupe-style roofline. Inside, the cabin has solid build quality and comfortable front seats, plus modern tech that makes daily driving enjoyable. It handles corners well and feels stable at high speeds, but the engine lacks excitement. The rear seat space is tight, so it's better for short trips.

BMW cars are known for their premium build quality and smooth driving experience. The performance is powerful, and the design looks stylish and modern. The interior is very comfortable with advanced features. Ride quality is excellent on both city roads and highways. BMW strikes a perfect balance of luxury, safety, and performance, making it a great choice in the premium segment.

I have a Volkswagen Polo and a Jeep Compass Petrol, and I'm looking for a luxurious sedan with a budget of Rs 40 lakh (before taxes) from a good brand. Please give me a few recommendations.

Sadly, there is no luxury sedan car within this price bracket. You will have to stretch your budget by at least Rs 10 lakh to get a BMW 2-Series or even a Toyota Camry Hybrid. If you're lucky, you might find a dealer selling an unsold Audi A4 at a heavy discount. However, chances are, you will certainly have to pay more than Rs 40 lakh for it.

Hello team, I have a budget of around 50-55 lakh and am looking for a premium luxury car. I would prefer a sedan, but I'm also open to an SUV. The Audi A4 fits my budget, but I'm hesitant because it has been discontinued in some international markets, and the current model has been on sale for around five years. Which vehicle would you recommend?

Skip the Audi A4 and go for the BMW X1. It is the freshest luxury model you’ll get for around Rs. 50-55 lakh, so you won’t be buying something that already feels old, and it will age better than a 5-year-old Audi car A4. Since you’re open to an SUV, the BMW car makes daily life easy. It is compact enough to drive in the city, comfortable on bad roads, and still relaxed at highway speeds. It also gives you more space and a bigger boot than any sedan in this budget, which helps if you have a family or do airport runs often.Do note, though, that the X1's performance is just alright. The X1’s engines are fine, not thrilling, and the cabin doesn’t feel as plush as the bigger German sedans. If you must have a sedan car at this price, look at the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe. It is newer than the A4, sharp to drive, and usually fits the budget, but rear seat space is tight.

I want to buy a sedan with an average annual running of around 5,000 km, including long-distance drive. My budget is under Rs. 50 lakh. Please suggest a suitable option. I am looking for a replacement for my X1 and would like something that is equally good or better.

There aren't many sedans left in the market, especially at that price range, but with your low yearly use and a Rs 50 lakh budget cap, the Audi A4 is the right fit. It feels just as solid and quiet as your BMW X1, but with a comfier ride and a quieter cabin on highways. With your usage, a petrol engine's running costs should be palatable, and the A4’s seats and sound insulation make long drives easy. It is also easy to drive in the city, with light controls and good all-around visibility for a sedan. Alternatively, the Toyota Camry - though it doesn't have a luxury badge - is among the best all-rounders for the money, offering space, comfort, mileage and tech on par with the best. Two things to note coming from the X1: you sit lower, so the view of the road is not as high, and speed breakers need a bit more care than in your old, taller car. If you want to stay in the BMW family and enjoy a sportier feel, the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is also within budget. It is fun and feels premium, but the back seat is less spacious, the engine is less powerful, and the ride is firmer than the A4. If you are open to an EV and have home charging, the BYD Seal brings strong performance and a very premium cabin car under Rs 50 lakh.

I enjoy nippy driving in the city and prioritise creature comforts over build solidity, as I do not drive on highways at all. My budget is ₹50 lakh.

In cars under Rs 50 lakh range, there isn’t a huge amount of choice if you’re looking for something genuinely nippy and fun in the city. But if you can stretch your budget a little, the Mini Cooper S is just about perfect for what you want. Its go-kart-like handling, peppy turbo-petrol engine and funky, high-quality interiors tick all your boxes. It feels compact, alert and eager, which makes it ideal for darting through traffic and enjoying short urban drives.Do keep in mind it’s a two-door, so rear-seat access isn’t the most convenient. If you need four doors and a bit more practicality, the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, especially in 218 M Sport guise, is a sensible alternative. It offers good creature comforts and a premium feel, but it isn’t as sharp or as playful as the Mini, and it does cost a bit more, too.

Bro, I’m in love with the new Toyota Camry, but I don’t know if it is the best choice in this budget range. Please tell me which car I should buy in that price bracket.

The Toyota Camry is an excellent sedan that feels spacious and luxurious. This Toyota car comes with a hybrid powertrain, which makes it extremely efficient, and its ride comfort is second to none. Even though it doesn't feel sporty to drive, its performance and dynamics are quite impressive. If you like the Camry Hybrid, go for it.Other sedans that you can consider in the same price point are BYD Seal, BMW 2-Series, Mercedes A-Class and Audi A4. Out of these, the Seal (EV) feels the sportiest, while the Audi A4 is the most rounded.
