The Tata Sierra is priced well above Rs 10 lakh, so sadly it is not a realistic option within your budget. You will also have to stretch your budget by a couple of lakhs to get an entry-level Tata Curvv. If you're on a tight budget, consider the Tata Nexon instead.

The Tata Sierra 1.5 NA is quite a heavy car and, despite being tuned for efficiency, that weight does affect fuel consumption. Being a Kia reliability is also good and the service network is quite wide spread.
