The Kia Syros EV will be a front-wheel-drive (FWD) only electric SUV and is expected to share its K1 platform with the Hyundai Inster EV sold overseas. Battery pack options and motor output for India have not been officially revealed yet, but the Hyundai Inster EV is available with 42kWh and 49kWh Nickel Manganese Cobalt battery options, with WLTP-rated ranges of 300km and 355km, respectively.
Likely feature list includes Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, a panoramic sunroof and twin 12.3-inch touchscreen.
