The X1 is the most affordable BMW SUV on sale in India, the ex showroom prices of which start from 50.90 lakh for the sDrive18i xLine 1.5 Petrol. The top-spec sDrive18d M Sport 2.0 Diesel trim is priced at Rs 52.90 lakh, ex-showroom. 

The BMW X1 is available in a total of 2 trims, including sDrive18i xLine 1.5 Petrol, sDrive18d M Sport 2.0 Diesel. It gets a choice between a 134hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 148hp, 2-litre diesel engine, both of which are mated with an automatic transmission. The X1 claimed mileage range is 16.35 kmpl - 20.37 kmpl.

The BMW X1 rivals other entry-level luxury SUVs like the Mercedes-Benz GLA, Audi Q3, Toyota Fortuner and MG Gloster.
