Tata Curvv Dark Edition teased ahead of launch

Tata’s recent teaser previews the Curvv Dark Edition’s daytime running lights and side profile. In keeping with the Dark Editions of the aforementioned models, the Curvv Dark Edition will sport a new gloss black paint finish and darkened design elements on the outside, eschewing the standard chrome trimmings. Exclusive ‘#Dark’ badging on the fenders is also expected for the blacked-out coupe SUV.

Tata Curvv Dark Edition interior and features

While the cabin of the Curvv Dark Edition has yet to be officially teased or revealed, it’s anticipated to carry forward the exterior’s all-black theme. The dashboard, steering wheel, seats and most of the interior trim will be finished in black, much like the previous Tata Dark Edition models.

Curvv Dark Edition to get a loaded feature list

Since the Curvv Dark Edition will be based on the top-spec Accomplished variant, it’ll include creature comforts like a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a 360-degree camera, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats, Level 2 ADAS, and more.

Tata Curvv Dark Edition engine and gearbox

The Curvv Dark Edition will retain the same engine options offered in the Accomplished trim: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 125hp and 225Nm and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel mill churning out 118hp and 260Nm. Both these engines can be paired with a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
