Citroen India has introduced a limited-run Comfort Edition for its Aircross SUV, featuring a few interior upgrades. The new edition comes at a Rs 20,000 premium with the base-spec You trim and is priced at Rs 9.09 lakh, ex-showroom. The Comfort Edition is also available with the mid-spec Plus variant at no additional cost.

Separately, the carmaker is offering optional custom packs with each variant of the midsize SUV:

You Pack - Rs 36,600

Adds soft-touch material on interior trims, fog lamps, a 10-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a reverse camera with guidelines, door cladding with chrome insert, wheel covers and other cosmetic enhancements.

Plus Pack - Rs 8,460

Features a reverse camera with guidelines, wireless charger, door cladding with chrome insert and a additional exterior styling enhancements.

Max Pack - Rs 40,000

It adds a JBL audio system with amplifier, along with front and rear dashcams featuring audio alerts.

The Comfort Edition packs beige leatherette upholstery and adjustable front and rear headrests and black grained finish on interior trims. It even adds soft-touch finishes and silver accents on some trims.

Depending on the variant, features such as LED projector headlights, alloy wheels, 10.2-inch touchscreen, 7-inch digital driver’s display, wireless smartphone connectivity, steering-mounted audio controls, automatic climate control, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming IRVM and wireless charger are on offer.

Citroen Aircross engine and gearbox options

The Aircross You trim is offered solely with an 82hp, 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. This 82hp engine-and-gearbox combination is also available with the mid-spec Plus variant, but it adds the option of a more powerful 110hp 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with a six-speed manual transmission. Meanwhile, the top-spec Max trim comes only with the 110hp mill and offers a choice between manual and six-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.

The Citroen Aircross competes in the mid-size SUV segment with rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Renault Duster, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate and more.
