Skoda Slavia price in Arwal
With 12 variants on offer, the on-road price of the Skoda Slavia in Arwal in October 2026 takes into account necessary costs such as registration, insurance and other statutory charges. Without these, the base Slavia Classic MT is priced at Rs. 10.00 lakh (ex-showroom) in Arwal, with its on-road price coming to Rs. 11.45 lakh once the earlier mentioned charges are applied.
Base variant, Classic MT: Rs. 11.45 lakh on-road in Arwal.
Top variant, Monte Carlo DSG, the top Skoda Slavia with the 1.5-litre TSI engine, 7-speed DSG, 360-degree camera and rear-seat massage feature: Rs. 22.24 lakh on-road in Arwal.
The 1.0 TSI automatic carries a premium over the equivalent manual, while the 1.5 TSI is offered only with the 7-speed DSG.
Best value pick: The Classic+ 1.0 TSI automatic is the cheapest way to get access to the new 8-speed automatic, alloy wheels and sunroof, and it’s priced below the mid-spec variant in the Slavia line-up.
An EMI of Rs. 16,572 against a loan of Rs. 10,30,000 is what financing the Classic MT comes to, a useful starting point before weighing whether a higher trim justifies the extra outlay. Spread across 12 variants encompassing the 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engines in manual and automatic form, the smarter approach is to shortlist the features that matter the most to you. Alongside that, also determine your importance for rear-seat comfort, the new automatic gearbox with the 1.0 TSI, or the top-spec 1.5 TSI DSG combination, before proceeding with a trim in Arwal.

The Slavia 1.0 TSI with the 8-speed automatic gearbox costs Rs 1 lakh more than the manual version on the Signature, Sportline and Prestige trims. The price difference goes up by Rs 1.5 lakh for the Classic+ trim. The base Classic is only available with the manual, while the top-spec Monte Carlo is available only with automatic gearbox options.
The new 8-speed automatic gearbox becomes available with the Classic+ trim onwards, which costs about Rs 2.50 lakh more than the base Classic trim with the 6-speed manual gearbox. Upgrading to this variant not only gets you the convenience of an automatic transmission but also the additional set of features that the Classic+ comes with.
I just read that Slavia facelift is coming with new 8-speed automatic. Between the new Slavia and Virtus, which one would you pick if buying a sedan now?
Hi all, I’m considering buying the Skoda Slavia 1.0-litre facelift automatic, which will be chauffeur-driven. I’d like to know how the suspension and ride quality are from the rear seat, especially over potholes and speed breakers. Does it have any issues with excessive body roll or jerks over rough roads? Also, are there any cooling or AC issues, as I’ve heard some complaints about the older models? I’ve also considered the Honda City, but overall, I preferred the Slavia as it felt far better to drive. Would appreciate genuine feedback from existing owners, particularly on the above concerns. Thanks!
Go for the Skoda Slavia facelift. It is a genuinely good choice for your requirements. The 1.0 TSI is now paired with the 8-speed torque converter automatic and is a smooth and reliable combination. The facelift also brings in rear seat massagers, which, being chauffeur-driven, is something you will enjoy, and the ride quality is well balanced for Indian conditions. It is not the softest suspension in the segment, but it is well damped and handles potholes and speed breakers without feeling crashy. The AC issue was prominent on the pre-facelift cars, and Skoda has made improvements to the system and it now has a new compressor too, which has addressed the issue and there have been fewer complaints about cooling performance. The Honda City remains the more comfort-oriented option with a slightly softer ride, but the Slavia feels a bit more premium. Since you have already preferred the Skoda from a driving perspective, the Slavia is the right choice. Overall, it is a solid, well-rounded sedan that should serve you well.
I have Ciaz AT (2023 model) that has clocked 60,000 km. Last week, we met an accident with Slavia and my car right side quarter got hit but Slavia didn't have a scratch. For safety purpose, I am planning to change the car for 14.5 lakh but now they are offering Rs. 6.5 lakh. Can I keep the car or move in to new vehicle?
A crash in which the Ciaz suffered damage while the Slavia apparently came away without a visible mark can understandably make you question the car’s safety, but the extent of visible damage alone does not tell you which car is safer. More importantly, your 2023 Ciaz has already covered 60,000km, so the decision should be based on its structural condition, repair quality and your future usage rather than the accident itself. There is one reason to take the safety concern seriously. The Ciaz is an old design and a recent Global NCAP test gave it one star for adult occupant protection, with the bodyshell rated unstable. So if improved crash protection is your primary reason for changing cars, moving to a newer, independently crash tested model would be justified.
Current vehicle: shared Swift. Budget: Rs 15-18 lakh. Usage: 15km every day and occasional interstate trips. I have tried multiple cars, but I am still confused. I find buying a petrol car very risky because of E20. Can you recommend some good cars?
Modern petrol engines are engineered to run on E20 without any long-term reliability concerns. Your usage of 15 km a day with occasional interstate trips does not justify a diesel, and a hybrid only makes sense if you are willing to stretch your budget significantly. At Rs 15-18 lakh, you are spoilt for choices. If you want to upgrade within the Maruti family, you could consider a Maruti Suzuki Victoris. The Kia Seltos is another modern, well-rounded choice. If you prefer sedans, the Hyundai Verna or the upcoming 2026 Skoda Slavia are great choices too.
