The Skoda Slavia facelift is slated to launch on October 6, 2026. Production of the Slavia facelift has commenced at Skoda Auto Volkswagen India’s facility in Chakan, Pune. Meanwhile, pre-bookings for the Skoda mid-size sedan are already underway for Rs 15,000.

Ahead of its launch, Skoda already revealed the Slavia facelift. It looks sharper than the current model on sale through revisions to the headlamps and tail-lamps, restyled bumpers, and sportier-looking 16-inch alloy wheels. The tail lamps now come with sequential turn indicators. The facelift also gets new paint options, namely Arctic Silver and Cappuccino beige.
Inside, the Slavia facelift largely retains the current model's layout. However, it gets a new 10.1-inch infotainment screen with updated graphics, replacing the older 10-inch unit. There's also a 10.25-inch digital driver's display replacing the 8-inch unit from the current model. Features include a single-pane sunroof, a 360-degree camera, powered and ventilated front seats, a rear seat massager, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additionally, Skoda has improved AC performance by replacing the fixed-geometry AC compressor with a variable-geometry unit.
Under the hood, the Slavia facelift retains the 115hp/178Nm 1.0-litre and 150hp/250Nm 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engines from the current model. The former is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a new 8-speed automatic that replaces the 6-speed unit on the current version. The latter engine is mated exclusively with a 7-speed DCT.
The Slavia facelift is expected to be priced at a premium over the current model. For reference, the current Slavia is priced between Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 18.29 lakh. It will continue to lock horns with the Honda City (Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 21.44 lakh), Hyundai Verna (Rs 10.99 lakh to Rs 18.31 lakh), and Volkswagen Virtus (Rs 10.79 lakh to Rs 19.19 lakh).
