Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships are offering attractive discounts and benefits on their cars and SUVs for May 2022. The models available with benefits include the Wagon R, S-Presso, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza and more, where buyers can avail cash discounts, corporate benefits and exchange offers. No discount will be available on the CNG variants of any model.

Read on to see how much you can save on the purchase of a new Maruti car this month.

  • Maruti Wagon R and S-Presso have the highest benefits for May 2022
  • Vitara Brezza available with benefits worth Rs 22,000
  • No discounts on Ertiga or CNG variants of any model

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R

Save up to Rs 31,000

A rival to the Hyundai Santro and Tata Tiago, the Maruti Wagon R’s tall-boy stance offers plenty of space on the inside and it comes with a pair of fuel-efficient petrol engines – 1.0-litre and 1.2-litre – that were recently updated with DualJet technology. Buyers also have the option of an AMT gearbox with both the engines. The Wagon R is also decently equipped for its price and has city friendly dynamics. The 1.0-litre variants of the Wagon R are available with benefits of up to Rs 31,000, while the 1.2-litre variants are available with benefits of up to Rs 21,000.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso

Save up to Rs 31,000

The S-Presso is a peppy and frugal high riding hatchback, powered by a 68hp, 1.0-litre petrol engine. It’s available with both manual and AMT gearboxes. It’s also spacious for its size and, at this price point, it is decently equipped with features. However, the pseudo-SUV styling may not be to everyone’s taste. Buyers of the S-Presso can avail benefits of up to Rs 31,000 on both, manual and AMT versions.

Maruti Suzuki Celerio

Save up to Rs 26,000

The new Celerio has been on sale only for a few months now, but it is already available with benefits of up to Rs 26,000 on all variants, including AMTs. Available with a 67hp, 1.0-litre petrol engine with 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox options, the new Celerio is an easy to drive hatchback that has a spacious and decently equipped cabin. Currently, it is also the most fuel-efficient petrol car in the country. Top-spec variants of the Celerio, however, are quite pricey.

Maruti Suzuki Swift

Save up to Rs 25,000

Arguably one of India’s most loved hatchbacks, the Swift is powered by a sole 90hp, 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine that comes with both, 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox option, and rivals the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and the Tata Tiago. The Swift looks sporty, is fun to drive, has a frugal engine, and a well-sorted ride and handling balance. It’s, however, not as well equipped as the Grand i10 Nios. Both manual and AMT variants of the Swift are available with benefits of up to Rs 25,000 this month.

Maruti Suzuki Alto

Save up to Rs 24,000

The current-gen Maruti Suzuki Alto is about a decade old, but it continues to be a strong seller for the brand in India. It’s powered by a sole 796cc engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox and comes in both petrol and CNG guises. The appeal for the Alto lies in its low cost of ownership and affordable price tag, although it is pretty cramped and bare bones, in terms of features and equipment. Buyers can avail benefits of up to Rs 24,000 on the Alto, although the base STD variant has benefits of up to Rs 11,000 only. Maruti is also expected to debut the next-gen Alto sometime later this year.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire

Save up to Rs 22,000

Dealers are offering the Maruti Dzire with benefits worth Rs 22,000. A compact sedan sibling to the Swift, the Dzire is powered by the same 90hp, 1.2-litre DualJet petrol engine that comes mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. The Dzire continues to be one of Maruti’s strong selling models, thanks to a comfortable and spacious cabin, a smooth and efficient petrol engine, and a fine ride and handling balance.

Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza

Save up to Rs 22,000

The Vitara Brezza is a fuel-efficient compact SUV that has a spacious cabin and a fine ride and handling balance. However, the Maruti is not as well equipped as newer rivals such as the Kia Sonet and Hyundai Venue. The Vitara Brezza is available with a sole 105hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine with manual and AMT gearboxes. The current model will also bow out soon and be replaced by an all-new Brezza with fresh new styling and a lot more equipment. Maruti is offering benefits of up to Rs 22,000 on the Vitara Brezza this month.
