Honda Elevate Apex Summer Edition launched at Rs 12.39 lakh

In its April sales report, Honda Cars India announced it would decrease the price of select Elevate variants. Kunal Behl, VP, marketing and sales said, “We are introducing certain grades of Elevate at attractive new price points along with other benefits for May.” Lower-spec variants have seen a price cut in the form of the launch of the Elevate Apex Summer Edition.

The Apex Summer Edition is based on the lower-spec Honda Elevate V trim, and comes with manual and CVT auto options paired to its 121hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine. While the limited-run model is priced Rs 32,000 less, it gets more features. The Elevate Apex Summer gets a dual-tone white and black interior, new leatherette seat covers and door trim, seat cushions, ambient lighting, a larger 9-inch touchscreen (an upgrade from the 8-inch one) and a 360-degree camera. The exterior also features Apex Edition badges, and additional piano black and chrome highlights.

There are no other changes to Honda’s rival to the Hyundai CretaTata CurvvMaruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder. The line-up starts at Rs 11.91 lakh for the base SV variant, and goes up to Rs 16.73 lakh for the recently launched top-spec ZX Black CVT variant. Other than the Black, all other Elevate trims get a Platinum White Pearl exterior colour option for Rs 8,000.

Honda India April 2025 sales

Honda car sales in India drop 22.78 percent year-on-year

In April, Honda reported a sharp 55.18 percent decline, with just 4,871 units despatched (including exports) compared to the 10,867 units sold in the same month last year. Of the 4,871 units, 3,360 units were despatched to Honda dealers in India, marking a year-on-year drop of 22.78 percent over the 4,351 units in April 2024.
