The Altroz, Jazz, Baleno and Glanza are pretty evenly matched in terms of this comparison. The Altroz gets auto wipers which the others miss out on, the Jazz gets a sunroof and the Baleno and Glanza get LED headlamps which aren’t available with the Altroz.

Being the oldest in the comparison, the Volkswagen Polo trials behind here, missing out on LED headlamps with LED DRLs, automatic headlamps and a sunroof. However, it does get rain-sensing wipers and sporty, 16-inch alloys.

Being the newest in the group, the new Hyundai i20 packs the most features in this comparison. The i20 boasts of the largest touchscreen here, at 10-25-inches, a 7-speaker Bose audio system and it also comes with Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car technology. Features that are unique to the i20 in this comparison include leatherette seat upholstery, a full-digital instrument cluster and wireless charging.

The Tata Altroz comes closest to the i20 here, featuring a part-digital instrument cluster and ambient lighting but misses out on leatherette upholstery and wireless charging. The updated Jazz too, is well equipped, with the top-spec CVT version getting cruise control among other things.

The Baleno and Glanza’s equipment list is at par for the course . They don’t miss out on any key features but, they lack some of the equipment that’s on offer with the others. The Volkswagen Polo gets the smallest screen here, at 6.5-inches, but it does feature cruise control and connected car tech which is not available with the Baleno and Glanza.
