Mahindra Thar (2025-2026) variants

Paddle shifters on the Thar Roxx sound exciting on paper, but in actual city traffic I've used them maybe twice since delivery.

Hi, I want to buy a Thar, but I’m confused about whether I should buy a new RWD 3-door Thar or a used 4x4 Thar, probably a 2022-2023 model. I live in Pune, Maharashtra, and my main purpose will be camping a few times a month, along with some off-roading nearby. Highway travel would account for at least 80% of my usage, but I also don’t want to get stuck while off-roading. Please suggest which would be the better option.

Which offers better driving comfort—the Thar Roxx or the Scorpio N? Is it worth waiting for the Scorpio N facelift? Also, which engine is better for these SUVs: petrol or diesel?

I have been driving a Hyundai Venue iMT for the past four years and am now planning to upgrade to a bigger, more rugged, and solid SUV. I am currently confused between the Mahindra Thar Roxx and the Mahindra Scorpio N. Since I mostly drive on highways, highway comfort, stability, and overall driving dynamics are important factors for me. This will be my second car, so I am not specifically looking for a family-oriented vehicle. The 6- or 7-seater configuration of the Scorpio N is not a priority for me. I also considered the Mahindra XUV 7XO, but it feels more like a family SUV, which is not what I am looking for. I would appreciate your opinion on whether the Thar Roxx offers good driving comfort, ride quality, features, and highway performance, or if the Scorpio N would be the better choice overall. Additionally, would it be advisable to wait for the Scorpio N facelift, which is expected to be launched next month, before making a decision? Budget around 25 Lakh.

@kdsiz1hd looking for suggestions on XUV 3XO Revv A or Tata Punch Top Rnd variant and in XUV segment XUV 7XO AX7 or Mahindra Thar Star Edition.These are two segment options we have.. Any variant I'm thinking to buy manual
