The images show that the Sonet facelift will get a new design for its 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Furthermore, the compact SUV can be seen with redesigned LED head- and tail-lights that look similar to the ones seen on the new Seltos. Kia is also likely to offer a revised grille and a new design for the bumpers.

On the inside, it continues with a small screen for displaying climate control details, albeit with a new design – the two-row button layout is now a single row with a set of toggles.

The Sonet facelift can also be seen with a new digital instrument cluster, akin to the one seen on the Venue facelift. Additionally, the Sonet also gets a new brown colour for the upholstery and an armrest for the rear seat, with the latter making a comeback.

The petrol engine is expected to be mated to a 5-speed manual, while the turbo-petrol and diesel engines will retain the 6-speed iMT. Additionally, they will also get a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and 6-speed automatic, respectively.
