The Volkswagen Tayron is expected to be launched in India in a single, fully-equipped variant, removing the need to choose between feature packages. Locally assembled via CKD, it will come standard with amenities such as powered front seats with memory, heating, ventilation, and 10-point massage, panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control, and the MIB4 digital interface across all displays. The infotainment system includes a backlit slider controller, while the centre console offers rotary drive selector, audio controls, cup holders, wireless charging, and a spacious EV-style storage area. The exterior design is marked by sleek LED headlamps with a connecting light bar, wraparound LED tail-lamps, and 19-inch alloy wheels.
