Maruti Suzuki Brezza price in Unakoti[c]

₹8.26 - ₹15.45 Lakh
On road price in
EMI starting at ₹11,906 /month

On-road in Unakoti[c], the base model LXi Turbo starts at 8.26 lakh and the top model ZXi Plus AT reaches 15.45 lakh. The VXi CNG sits between the two at 11.14 lakh.

If you are financing the car, a loan of 7,40,000 on the base model LXi Turbo means an EMI of 11,906 a month. Stepping up to the top model ZXi Plus AT raises that to 22,364 on a loan of 13,90,000.

Why prices change from the base model to the top model:

  • Three engines are offered here, so the engine you choose moves the price before any equipment is counted.

  • The base model LXi Turbo uses the 1.0-litre turbo, while the top model ZXi Plus AT pairs the 1.5-litre petrol with the automatic.

  • The automatic gearbox is offered only with the 1.5-litre petrol, so choosing it also decides your engine.

  • The 10.1-inch touchscreen, ventilated front seats and the cooled wireless charger arrive higher up the range.

  • The 360-degree camera, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert are reserved for the upper variants.

Registration, road tax and insurance are added to the ex-showroom figure, and how much they add depends on the state you buy in. That is why the same variant costs more in one city than another.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza FAQs

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is priced from ₹7.40 lakh to ₹13.55 lakh. Interestingly, Maruti has priced the turbo-petrol-powered Brezza lower than the naturally-aspirated versions. This, coupled with the fact that the Brezza offers a decent feature suite, makes it a value-for-money SUV.

The Brezza's 1.0-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine, offered at a much lower price than the 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated unit, offers the most value-for-money by offering more performance at a reasonable price.

I'm 38 years old, with a monthly salary of Rs. 1.5 lakh, and this will be my first car. Among the Brezza, Fronx, XUV 3XO, Seltos, and Creta, which would be the most suitable for me? My average monthly running is around 2,000 km, mostly for daily commuting.

With a monthly running of 2,000 km and mostly daily commuting, the right fuel choice is crucial. At this usage, a diesel makes the most financial sense, and the Kia Seltos diesel is the best fit from your shortlist. This Kia car is a well-rounded SUV with a strong diesel engine, good refinement and a comfortable ride, making it ideal for long daily commutes. It also offers a premium cabin and a solid ownership experience, which is important for a first-time buyer. The Hyundai Creta diesel is a very close alternative with a similar mechanical package, but it will be replaced by an all-new Creta early next year, the Seltos also feels slightly more premium inside. The Mahindra XUV 3XO diesel is the value alternative, offering strong performance and a lower price point, but it is a smaller car overall. The Maruti Brezza and Fronx are both petrol-only, so they are not the right choice at this running. The Seltos diesel is the most suitable option for your usage and budget.

I am planning to buy a car with a budget of Rs 13.5 lakh on-road. I am confused between the Tata Nexon Camo Creative AMT and Maruti Suzuki Brezza 1.5 NA AMT. My driving is mostly in the city with occasional outstation trips. Which one should I choose?

Go for the Maruti Brezza 1.5 NA AT. With mostly city driving and occasional outstation trips, the Brezza’s refined naturally aspirated 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with the 6-speed torque converter automatic is a better fit. It delivers a smoother, more predictable power delivery in stop-and-go traffic than the Nexon's AMT. The Brezza also benefits from Maruti’s extensive service network and proven long-term reliability, which is a big advantage for hassle-free ownership over many years. The Tata Nexon Camo Creativ AMT is a strong product with a more powerful turbo petrol engine, but the AMT gearbox is not as refined, and Tata’s ownership experience is still not quite at Maruti’s level. For your usage pattern, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza is the more sensible and dependable choice.

I have driven to Ladakh from Delhi twice before, both times in a diesel manual, and had no major issues while climbing or descending. I am planning to go again, this time in a 1.5 NA petrol automatic Brezza. I am a bit apprehensive about how to use the automatic gearbox and paddle shifters while climbing and going downhill.

You should be fine in the Brezza 1.5 NA petrol automatic on your Ladakh trip. But do keep in mind that the naturally aspirated engine will lose some power at altitude, and won't feel as effortless to drive as some older turbo-diesels. That said, the Maruti 1.5 petrol is a proven, reliable unit and will still get the job done. You do not need to worry about the torque converter automatic either. On climbs, simply use the manual mode or paddle shifters to hold a lower gear and keep the engine in its power band. On descents too, use the same approach to hold a lower gear and use engine braking rather than riding the brakes. The Brezza is a robust, dependable car and you will not face any major issues if you drive sensibly. The only thing to keep in mind is that the car will feel a bit slower at altitude, so plan overtakes carefully and be patient on steep climbs. Otherwise, enjoy the drive - the Brezza should handle it without any drama.

Hi everyone, I am planning to buy my first car. I will be driving around 40km daily in the city, along with occasional highway trips of around 300 km to nearby cities. Some of these highway journeys will involve hilly areas, while the roads in smaller cities can have potholes and rough patches. I am looking for an automatic transmission, with a budget of around Rs 12–14 lakh. Good mileage, safety features and overall value for money are my main priorities. The options currently on my list are the Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXi AT, Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5 AT, Kia Sonet HTK+ or HTK+ (O), and Hyundai Creta HX5 AT. However, I am mainly confused between the Brezza and the XUV 3XO and would appreciate some guidance on which one would be better suited to my requirements.

Both are solid choices, but the Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5 AT is the better fit for your usage. Your daily 40 km city commute, combined with occasional 300 km highway runs through hilly terrain and rough roads, demands a car with a strong engine, good ride quality and a robust build. The 3XO’s turbo petrol engine offers noticeably better performance than the Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXi AT, especially on inclines and overtakes, while the suspension is well-tuned for rough roads and potholes. It is also one of the most spacious compact SUVs, making it a comfortable family car. One drawback is that the boot is on the smaller side for this segment. The Brezza is the more sensible long-term ownership choice with Maruti’s service reach and reliability, but its naturally aspirated petrol engine feels underpowered on highways and hills. It makes up for it by offering better fuel efficiency than the 3XO, particularly in the city. The Kia Sonet HTK+ and Hyundai Creta HX5 are good alternatives, but the 3XO offers a better balance of performance, space and value for money.

Which is the better car between the Kylaq and the new Brezza 1.0-litre turbo? Most of my driving will be in the city, but on road trips, the car will cover around 600-700 km in a day. My priorities are decent suspension, good handling and drivability, along with confidence-inspiring highway manners. At speeds above 100 kph, which of the two offers better stability and performance?

Go for the Skoda Kylaq 1.0 TSI. It is the better fit for your usage. The 1.0 TSI turbo petrol engine is punchy and offers strong mid-range performance, which makes highway overtakes easy and the car feels stable and confident at triple-digit speeds. The suspension is well-tuned, offering a good balance between ride comfort and handling, and the steering is precise, which inspires confidence on long highway runs. The Maruti Suzuki Brezza 1.0 turbo is a good car, but the Kylaq feels more engaging to drive and is better suited to your requirements. The only thing to keep in mind is that the Kylaq's boot is on the smaller side, so if you regularly carry a lot of luggage, that is something to consider. Overall, for your mix of city driving and long highway trips, the Kylaq is the better fit.
