Maruti Suzuki Brezza

Maruti Suzuki Brezza price in Sukma

₹8.18 - ₹15.18 Lakh
On road price in
EMI starting at ₹11,906 /month

On-road in Sukma, the base model LXi Turbo starts at 8.18 lakh and the top model ZXi Plus AT reaches 15.18 lakh. The VXi CNG sits between the two at 11.04 lakh.

If you are financing the car, a loan of 7,40,000 on the base model LXi Turbo means an EMI of 11,906 a month. Stepping up to the top model ZXi Plus AT raises that to 22,042 on a loan of 13,70,000.

Why prices change from the base model to the top model:

  • Three engines are offered here, so the engine you choose moves the price before any equipment is counted.

  • The base model LXi Turbo uses the 1.0-litre turbo, while the top model ZXi Plus AT pairs the 1.5-litre petrol with the automatic.

  • The automatic gearbox is offered only with the 1.5-litre petrol, so choosing it also decides your engine.

  • The 10.1-inch touchscreen, ventilated front seats and the cooled wireless charger arrive higher up the range.

  • The 360-degree camera, blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert are reserved for the upper variants.

Registration, road tax and insurance are added to the ex-showroom figure, and how much they add depends on the state you buy in. That is why the same variant costs more in one city than another.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza FAQs

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is priced from ₹7.40 lakh to ₹13.55 lakh. Interestingly, Maruti has priced the turbo-petrol-powered Brezza lower than the naturally-aspirated versions. This, coupled with the fact that the Brezza offers a decent feature suite, makes it a value-for-money SUV.

The Brezza's 1.0-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine, offered at a much lower price than the 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated unit, offers the most value-for-money by offering more performance at a reasonable price.

I am planning to buy a sub-compact SUV. My budget is Rs. 13-14 lakh, and my priorities are a smooth automatic transmission and good mileage. I am considering the Brezza ZXi AT, Sonet HXT DCT, and Venue HX6 DCT. I am very confused because the Brezza’s torque-converter automatic offers good fuel efficiency but lacks some features, while the Sonet and Venue offer all the features I need. However, I am concerned that the DCT may be less fuel-efficient and could involve higher maintenance costs. My daily commute is around 30 km, mostly in heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic. Please suggest which one would be the best choice for my requirements.

Go for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI AT. Your priorities are a smooth automatic, good fuel efficiency and a daily 30km commute in heavy bumper-to-bumper traffic. The Brezza’s 6-speed torque converter automatic is the best fit for this usage. It is smooth, reliable and well suited to stop-start conditions, and the naturally aspirated petrol engine is efficient and easy to live with. Maruti’s service reach and low maintenance costs add to the ownership peace of mind. The Sonet and Venue DCTs are good cars, but the DCT gearbox is not ideal for heavy traffic. It can feel jerky at low speeds.Alternatively, if you can arrange for home charging, the Tata Punch EV is an excellent option.

I'm confused between the Brezza ZXi Turbo and the Fronx Delta Plus. My daily drive is 40 km.

Go for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXi Turbo. The Brezza is the more mature and well-rounded product here. It offers a more spacious cabin, better ride comfort and a more planted feel on the highway, as well as a larger boot. The Fronx Delta Plus is a good car and almost Rs. 1 lakh cheaper, but you will miss out on some features that the Brezza ZXi offers, like front parking sensors, TPMS and rear cross parking alert. The Brezza also has a more upright seating position and better visibility, which makes it easier to drive in traffic. Both cars use the same 1.0 turbo petrol engine - the Brezza has a bit more power, but also a bit more weight - so performance is similar, but the Brezza feels more planted and secure on the road. Overall, the Brezza ZXi Turbo is the better long-term ownership proposition for your usage.

Hey experts, I am looking for a fun-to-drive car that is also comfortable for a family of five. My budget is around Rs 11 lakh on-road. I am currently considering the new Brezza Turbo and the Fronx. Around 70% of my driving is in the city and 305 on the highway. Which one should I go for? Are there any other cars that would fit my requirements?

Go for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza Turbo. It is the better fit for your requirements. It offers a wider cabin, better rear-seat comfort and a more upright seating position, which makes it easier for family members to get in and out. The turbo petrol engine adds the fun-to-drive element you are looking for, while the Brezza's suspension setup strikes a good balance between city comfort and highway stability. The Fronx is a good car, but it is slightly smaller and more crossover-like in its proportions. It does not offer the same level of rear seat space or overall practicality as the Brezza. Given your usage split of 70% city and 30% highway, the Brezza Turbo is the more rounded package.

Hi Experts, I’m Omkar, and I want to buy a new car. My usage will mainly involve occasional 1,000 km trips to my native place, along with some weekend picnics. Only around 5% of my annual driving will be in the city. My budget is Rs. 8-12 lakh, and my priorities are reliability, highway comfort, safety, and low service costs. Please suggest which would be the better choice for me among the Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.

Go for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza Boosterjet. With your usage pattern of a 1,000 km native-place trip, occasional picnics and only 5% city use, the Brezza is the most sensible choice. It is a proven, reliable car with a strong service network and low maintenance costs, which is exactly what you need for long-term ownership. On the highway, it is comfortable and stable, and the turbo petrol engine gives good performance for overtakes. Since most of your driving is on the highway, you likely won't mind that the turbo only comes with a manual. Safety is well addressed, and Maruti’s widespread service network ensures peace of mind wherever you travel. The Nexon and 3XO are good highway cars too, but they can't quite match Maruti in terms of service reach and running costs. The Fronx is a solid option, but the Brezza feels like a larger car and better suited to your highway-focused usage.

I’m a little confused about whether I should buy the Brezza VXi CNG or the Tata Nexon Pure Plus CNG. Many people are telling me that Tata cars may develop vibration and engine noise issues after some time, while the Brezza has lower maintenance costs and better service/parts availability. On the other hand, the Nexon has more power than the Brezza. Considering performance, mileage, maintenance, reliability, spare parts availability, service, resale value, and long-term ownership, which car would you recommend as the best option for me? Please give me your honest and practical suggestion.

Go for the Maruti Suzuki Brezza VXi CNG. This Maruti Suzuki car is the safer and more sensible long-term choice. The Brezza is a proven product with a strong reliability record, lower maintenance costs and Maruti's unmatched service network and parts availability. With the recent update, the Brezza also now has an underfloor CNG tank, so you do not lose boot space. It is also a comfortable and practical family car with good ride quality and a simple, fuss-free ownership experience. The Tata Nexon Pure Plus CNG is the more powerful car on paper, and Tata's CNG integration is also well done. Tata's service has improved significantly but it can still be inconsistent. Maruti retains an edge in terms of reach, consistency and parts availability. If your priorities are performance and driving enjoyment, the Nexon is a strong contender. But if you are looking for a reliable, low-maintenance CNG car with a hassle-free ownership experience, the Brezza CNG is the better choice.
