Hyundai Grand i10 Nios specifications

The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios comes with a 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol that is also offered with a factory-fitted CNG kit. The petrol engine is E20 compatible, and power goes to the front wheels. As per our review, the engine is refined and easygoing, with enough power for city driving.

Key facts for the Grand i10 Nios:

• The 1,197cc petrol engine makes 83hp and 113.8Nm. On CNG, output drops to 69hp and 95.2Nm.
• The petrol gets a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT, while the CNG version comes only with the manual.
• It measures 3,815mm long, 1,680mm wide and 1,520mm tall, with a 2,450mm wheelbase and 165mm of ground clearance.
• The suspension uses MacPherson struts at the front and a coupled torsion beam at the rear, with disc brakes at the front and drums at the rear.
• The Era and Magna trims run on 14-inch steel wheels, with full wheel covers on the Magna. The Corporate and Sportz trims get 15-inch styled steel wheels. Meanwhile, the Sportz (O) and Asta trims get 15-inch diamond-cut alloys, and the Vibe editions get 15-inch black alloys.
• The fuel tank holds 37 litres, and the boot offers 260 litres of space.
• In our tests, Grand i10 Nios took 13.28 seconds to reach 100kph. The manual also took 14 seconds from 20 to 80kph in third gear and 22.44 seconds from 40 to 100kph in fourth.
