Tata Aeris Mileage

Tata has not revealed official mileage figures for the Tata Aeris yet, for either petrol or CNG. The petrol version uses the same engine and gearboxes as the pre-facelift Tiago. In our 2022 test, that car returned 13.30kpl in the city and 16.60kpl on the highway, and we expect the Aeris petrol to be similar.

We have not tested the CNG version yet, but we expect it to return 25 to 30km/kg in the real world. We will share our tested figures for both once we put the Aeris through our standard tests.

How far can the Aeris go on a full tank?

• In the city: With its 35-litre petrol tank, the Aeris petrol should cover around 465km, if it matches the Tiago's tested figure.
• On the highway: The range should go up to around 580km.

Note: There is no diesel or turbo-petrol option.
