The new Kia Seltos India launch is expected on 2nd Jan 2026. The new Seltos will continue to serve as Kia’s rival to midsize SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Tata Sierra, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Volkswagen Taigun, and more.
 

The new Kia Seltos price is expected to start at around Rs 11.20 lakh (ex-showroom) and climb to roughly Rs 21.00 lakh (ex-showroom). New Kia Seltos on road price is expected to start at Rs 13.04 lakh. The midsize SUV will carry forward the current Seltos’ engine and gearbox options, and will offer a 1.5-litre petrol-hybrid powertrain in the future as well.
 

Compared to the current Kia Seltos, the new Seltos will sport a fully overhauled design. Up front, the new Seltos gets a horizontally split-headlight setup, with slim LED DRLs flanking the main headlight units that are encased within the wide grille. Over to the side, the new Kia Seltos features new 18-inch alloy wheels, retractable door handles, blacked-out pillars, and more, while at the rear, the SUV prominently gets a new LED light bar and roof spoiler.
 

The new Kia Seltos interior will be upholstered in either fabric or leatherette, depending on the variant, and finished in one of four dual-tone colour schemes. New Seltos features list includes dual 12.3-inch screens like those of the Syros, ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10-way powered driver’s seat with memory function, panoramic sunroof, 8-speaker Bose sound system, heads-up display, wireless charger, and more.
 

The new Kia Seltos safety rating has yet to be revealed. However, the new Seltos safety features comprise 6 airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, Level 2 ADAS, front and rear disc brakes, traction control, ESC, ISOFIX seat anchors, 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, TPMS, hill hold control, and more.
