Jeep Grand Cherokee Quick Review
The Jeep Grand Cherokee is broad-shouldered and smart but it lacks a bit in visual drama. It’s a similar story on the inside. Sure, the Grand Cherokee’s cabin is neat and solidly put together but it’s not got that wow factor you get in competing European SUVs. Front-seat comfort is good and there’s lots of room at the back, even if the seats are a bit low.
The Grand Cherokee’s petrol V6 is strong and silent while the diesel V6 is punchy and impressively refined. Noise insulation, in general, is good but what enhances the experience is the suspension that absorbs the worst of our roads without any fuss. And true to its DNA, the Jeep Grand Cherokee is potent off-road too. As for the Grand Cherokee SRT, simply put, it’s an SUV that thinks it’s a muscle car.

It’s the only one with air suspension, and also gets premium kit like an 8.4-inch touchscreen and rear entertainment screens.
