Up to Rs 12.8 lakh off on Mercedes S-class, GLA, GLE, C-class, GLC and more

The luxury automaker is offering huge discounts on its line-up, including the ones from AMG, in order to improve sales figures.

Save up to Rs 6.1 lakh on the Mercedes GLA this month.

Mercedes-Benz, the largest luxury carmaker in India, sold a record 15,538 units last year. However, in order to boost sales of its luxury cars even further, the German automaker has started rolling out big discounts across its range. These include the likes of the Mercedes-Benz CLA, C-class, E-class and S-class sedans, along with the GLA, GLC and GLE SUVs. Mercedes-Benz is also offering discounts on the A-class and B-class hatchbacks, while on the other end of the spectrum, certain Maybach and AMG models are also eligible for discounts.

Mercedes-Benz S-class

Save up to Rs 12.8 lakh
Buyers of the flagship Mercedes-Benz S-class, for example, can get discounts of Rs 12.8 lakh on the sticker price of 2018 Model Year S 350d variants, which is powered by a 286hp, 3.0-litre straight-six diesel motor, (2018 model), while the likes of the now discontinued S 500 (which was powered by a 450hp, 4.7-litre V8 petrol) get Rs 9.05 lakh off. Both cars are also eligible for complimentary insurance. The S-class Maybach range, too, gets a discount of up to Rs 7.75 lakh.

Mercedes-Benz C-class

Save up to Rs 7.15 lakh
The C-class is one of the most popular offerings from Mercedes-Benz in India, and it is being offered with up to Rs 7.15 lakh off on the C 220d facelift and Rs 5.75 lakh off on the C 200 facelift, for cars made in 2018. The 2019 Model Year (MY) cars are also eligible for a discount of Rs 4.65 lakh and Rs 3.75 lakh for the C 220d and C 200, respectively. C 220d buyers (both MY 2018 and MY 2019) can also opt for a special ‘C-class Radiant Package’ option, which gets the sportier Mercedes-Benz diamond grille along with the LED projector logo. The Mercedes C-class facelift that launched in India in September 2018 brought BS-VI-compliant diesel engines in the C 220d (194hp) and C 300d (245hp), along with an all-new 184hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with mild-hybrid tech that arrived in December.

Mercedes-Benz E-class

Save up to Rs 6.75 lakh
The Mercedes-Benz E-class, the most popular offering for the automaker in India thus far, also gets discounts of up to Rs 6.75 lakh on the MY 2018 E 200 and E 220d, while the 2019 cars are eligible for a Rs 4.80 lakh discount. The range-topping E 350d (2018 MY) also gets up to Rs 6 lakh off. Mercedes-Benz is also offering a discount of up to Rs 3.50 lakh on the E-class All-Terrain. The E 220d and E-class All-Terrain share the same 194hp, 2.0-litre diesel motor, the E 350d gets a 258hp, 3.0-litre V6 diesel, while the E 200 is powered by a 184hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol mill.

Mercedes-Benz SUVs

Save up to Rs 7.75 lakh
Mercedes-Benz currently offers the GLA, GLC, GLE and the GLS SUVs in India, along with the range-topping Mercedes-AMG G 63. A popular offering in India, the GLE SUV, which will soon be replaced by the new model, gets discounts of up to Rs 7.75 lakh. While the GLA gets a discount of up to Rs 6.10 lakh, the GLC and the GLS also get great discounts of up to Rs 5.25 lakh and Rs 4.25 lakh, respectively. The Mercedes-AMG G 63 is available only on order and has no discounts on offer. That said, Mercedes-Benz is offering discounts on the Mercedes-AMG GLE 43 Coupe of up to Rs 3 lakh.

Mercedes-Benz A-class, B-class and CLA

Save up to Rs 6.25 lakh
Entry-level Mercedes-Benz models, like the A-class, B-class and the CLA, are based on the front-wheel-drive MFA platform. The A-class and B-class, both, get discounts of up to Rs 6.25 lakh for cars made in 2017 and 2016. The CLA, on the other hand, gets a discount of Rs 4.25 lakh on MY 2018 cars and Rs 3.25 lakh on MY 2019 models.

Mercedes-AMG has also offered a massive of Rs 10.25 lakh discount on MY 2015 CLA 45 models and a Rs 4 lakh discount on later cars. The CLA 45 is also eligible for complimentary insurance.
