Nexon EV Empowered + A Dark and Red Dark priced Rs 20,000 higher

As we reported earlier, the Nexon EV gets a new top-spec Empowered + A variant, which sports the Level 2 ADAS suite. Compared to the previous range-topping Empowered + 45 variant (Rs 16.99 lakh), the ADAS-equipped Nexon EV costs up to Rs 30,000 more. The Level 2 suite brings safety features, such as lane departure warning and lane-keep assist, forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking, auto high beam assist, traffic sign recognition, rear cross-traffic and collision warning, and a driver drowsiness detector.

Tata has also introduced the Nexon EV Empowered + A in Dark and Red Dark forms, which are priced at Rs 17.49 lakh, and cost a Rs 20,000 premium over the standard ADAS-equipped variant.

While the Nexon EV is available with 30kWh and 45kWh battery packs, the ADAS suite is only available with the larger capacity battery, which has an ARAI range of 489km and a real-world range of 350km.
