BMW India has launched a new top spec variant of the X3 SUV – the petrol-powered 30 xDrive M Sport Pro – priced at Rs 74.5 lakh. The X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro offers a stronger petrol engine and some cosmetic enhancements over the standard variants. It also allows the X3 to better compete with its primary rivals: the Mercedes-Benz GLC, Audi Q5, Lexus NX, and the Volvo XC60.

  1. X3 30 xDrive gets 258hp, 400Nm 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine
  2. Exterior additions include larger alloys, new colour option, red brake calipers, and more
  3. Interior uses more premium Veganza leatherette and retains features list from lower variants

Under the bonnet, the 30 xDrive M Sport Pro offers the same 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine as the base X3 20 xDrive variant, but in a stronger state of tune – 258hp and 400Nm. That’s 68hp and 90Nm more than the 20 xDrive, and is identical to the output of the GLC 300.
