Royal Enfield Meteor 350 price in Godda

If you want to stick to the cruiser format, we would recommend the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 (seat height: 765mm) and the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 (seat height: 750mm). 

Do bear in mind that these bikes - while fairly low - weigh close to 200kg, so you will need some time to adjust to their weights. If you're open to another form factor - more specifically, a sporty-looking street naked - we would steer you toward the Honda CB300F. 

That's because with its light 153kg weight and approachable 789mm seat height, it will be a very manageable bike. 

Take a test ride of everything you shortlist before making the final decision. 

With their feet forward and fists-in-the-wind riding position, cruisers tend to put a lot of weight on your back and over less-than-ideal roads, which can transmit a lot of the bumps through to the rider. If you stay in an area with less-than-perfect roads, we would recommend you look elsewhere. 

The Hunter, with its upright, neutral ergonomics and pliant suspension, will be able to handle bad roads much better. 

A test ride will help you decide whether the Meteor or the Hunter is the best bet for you. Other options you can also look at are the TVS Ronin and the Honda CB350 models. 

We'd suggest that you look at a newer bike, primarily due to ethanol-blended fuels that are likely to cause problems with older motorcycles, even if they have been refurbished. We suggest you look within the Royal Enfield family itself at options like the Meteor 350, Classic 350, or Bullet 350 to meet the requirements that you have highlighted

Of the options you've shortlisted, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will be the best all-rounder with good highway manners, plush suspension for rough roads, and it's usable inside the city too, although its weight and general size need to be kept in mind. 

The Meteor 350 and Triumph Scrambler 400 XC will be better in the city than the Himalayan, but out on the highway, your comfortable cruising speeds will be capped at 80-100kph. Take a thorough test ride before you decide.

Considering your budget, height and build, the retro motorcycles we would recommend are the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and Hunter 350. Both have low seat heights, and the lighter Hunter is also more manageable inside the city. If you like the way it looks, you may also consider the Goan Classic 350 because it has a low seat, which will be helpful for your stature. 

The Honda CB350 trio are also a good city-focused neo-retro model but they have a seat height of 800mm or more, so we'd suggest taking a test ride to see which one fits you best. 

Options that you could use to commute include the Honda H'ness CB350, Royal Enfield Classic 350, and Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The CB350 makes for a good city bike with its light clutch action and smooth, torquey motor. The Classic 350 has a laid-back and friendly nature, while the Meteor 350 offers the same performance but with the most comfortable riding position. We suggest you take a test ride of all these motorcycles before making a purchase.

Between the three, we would recommend the Triumph Speed T4 as it is an accomplished city bike that can also handle highway cruising at 100-110kph. The Honda CB350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350 are also heavier, slower bikes that won't be able to match the Triumph's handling on a twisty road. 

Considering your height, you can opt for the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 or the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. 

Both bikes have low seat heights and should accommodate you well. The Hunter is slightly taller than the Meteor but is more nimble and compact to ride in the city. Test ride both bikes to see what you like better.
